Ainsi, ces processus impliquent une cha\u00eene de valeur compos\u00e9e par les phases de conception, de configuration de processus, de planification de processus, de fabrication avec contr\u00f4le\/surveillance en ligne, de post-traitement et de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9. De toutes ces derni\u00e8res, pour un type de technologie de fabrication reposant sur la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des formes avec un plus grand degr\u00e9 de libert\u00e9, c&rsquo;est la phase de reconception qui offre r\u00e9ellement une plus grande valeur ajout\u00e9e et les avantages les plus pertinents. Par cons\u00e9quent, REMEDI se concentrera sur l\u2019utilisation de ces diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de fabrication pour fournir un retour d\u2019information \u00e0 la conception elle-m\u00eame, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son optimisation plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction de ce besoin industriel pour cette technologie \u00e9mergente, l&rsquo;objectif de REMEDI est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir la m\u00e9thodologie de conception pour les processus de Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) dans le but de diminuer les cons\u00e9quences consid\u00e9rables de la conception sur la qualit\u00e9 finale de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Pour mettre en \u0153uvre le concept de Quality-by-Design (QBD) dans la fabrication des prototypes du projet, une plate-forme logicielle\/mat\u00e9rielle sera utilis\u00e9e, qui consistera en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie hors-ligne (offline engineering unit), qui int\u00e8gre sous la m\u00eame couche diff\u00e9rentes technologies CAx commerciales, et<\/li>\n<li>Une installation physique de fabrication additive par LMD, pour mettre en \u0153uvre une m\u00e9thodologie de Qualit\u00e9 par Conception et la valider pour la fabrication additive de composants de grande taille optimis\u00e9s, afin d&rsquo;atteindre z\u00e9ro d\u00e9faut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, cet environnement sera mis en \u0153uvre dans deux installations de fabrication (une usine espagnole, Smarmec et une usine turque, Coskunoz R&amp;D), afin de d\u00e9montrer la validit\u00e9 du concept et d\u2019obtenir la capacit\u00e9 de reproductibilit\u00e9 future dans toute industrie requ\u00e9rante. La technologie REMEDI sera valid\u00e9e pour deux secteurs diff\u00e9rents requ\u00e9rant de composants \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e\u00a0: les applications spatiales et les composants d&rsquo;a\u00e9ronefs.<\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs propos\u00e9s seront atteints via la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9tapes technologiques suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">R\u00e9aliser une optimisation topologique de la conception de la pi\u00e8ce en fonction des exigences d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle et des charges fonctionnelles, afin de fournir un composant plus efficace en termes d\u2019utilisation de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, co\u00fbt de production et d\u00e9lai de livraison.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">D\u00e9terminer les capacit\u00e9s de fabricabilit\u00e9 du processus LMD dans ses diff\u00e9rentes configurations de param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement\/param\u00e8tres de processus, afin d&rsquo;alimenter l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;Optimisation topologique avec des donn\u00e9es de sc\u00e9narios industriels r\u00e9els.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Agir sur le cycle de configuration du syst\u00e8me\/strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9p\u00f4t\/simulation multiphysique pour atteindre un \u00e9quilibre thermique, qui serve en m\u00eame temps \u00e0 \u00e9valuer automatiquement la conception de la pi\u00e8ce obtenue aux \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, en d\u00e9tectant les zones de la pi\u00e8ce qui pourraient \u00eatre conflictuelles lors de la fabrication ou pour la fonctionnalit\u00e9 finale de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Analyser les donn\u00e9es li\u00e9es \u00e0 la puissance laser et \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature du bain fondu en tout point de la trajectoire du processus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de syst\u00e8mes de surveillance, pour les relier \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de conception et proposer de nouveaux changements de conception \u00e0 partir de ces donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"30\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"30\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"25\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"25\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div><div class=\"dfd-heading-shortcode\"><div class=\"dfd-heading-module-wrap  text-left style_01 dfd-heading-69f73023e7ece dfd-disable-resposive-headings\" id=\"dfd-heading-69f73023e7ece\" ><div class=\"inline-block\"><div class=\"dfd-heading-module\"><h4 class=\"widget-title dfd-title \" style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 21px; \">CONSORTIUM DE REMEDI<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(function($) {\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t$(\"head\").append(\"<style>.dfd-heading-69f73023e7ece.dfd-heading-module-wrap .dfd-heading-module .dfd-heading-delimiter {margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;}@media (max-width: 799px){.dfd-heading-69f73023e7ece .dfd-title{font-size: 23px !important;line-height: 26px !important;}}<\/style>\");\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t})(jQuery);\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/script><\/div><div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"15\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"15\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"15\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"15\" style=\"height: 15px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]Afin d&rsquo;affronter cet ambitieux d\u00e9fi, un consortium national multidisciplinaire, compos\u00e9 par 3 entreprises, a \u00e9t\u00e9 consolid\u00e9, ayant les capacit\u00e9s et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour couvrir toute la cha\u00eene de valeur du projet\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>CT INGENIEROS fournit des services d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie pour un large gamme d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s allant des \u00e9tapes de conception de produits aux activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie et processus de maintenance dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs\u00a0: a\u00e9ronautique, ferroviaire, automobile, naval, \u00e9nergies renouvelables et installations industrielles (conception de produit , ing\u00e9nierie de fabrication, outils de conception et de calcul ou ing\u00e9nierie de qualit\u00e9, entre autres aspects).<\/p>\n<p>RAMEM, en tant que PME se consacrant \u00e0 la conception, la fabrication, et le montage d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques, principalement pour l&rsquo;industrie a\u00e9ronautique et a\u00e9rospatiale. Pour ces applications, elle offre des services couvrant toute la cha\u00eene de valeur, de la phase de conception, l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de fabrication ou la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;essais et le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9.<br \/>\nSMARMEC, spin-off de l&rsquo;entreprise Tecnichapa, qui offre des solutions int\u00e9grales \u00e0 ses clients du secteur de la chaudronnerie fine et de pr\u00e9cision.
